If God had not stopped dealing with the Nation of Israel and if He had no Mystery program call the dispensation of Grace (The Body of Christ), Gentiles still would have been saved. Also, the 7 year tribulation period would have already came, the 7 year tribulation is where the prophesized Un-numbered Gentiles (sea of glass) would have been saved on the bases of the cross through the remnant of the Jewish Nation.
