Chapter 24 - Dispensation of the Fullness of Times Ephesians 1:10, Revelation 21

New Beginning: Failures ended and Judgment completed and All in one

Setting: New Heavens and Earth

Dealing: All the redeemed throughout all time.

The Dispensation of the Fullness of Times there will be no failures, judgments or transition into anything new dispensation

2 Peter 3: 9-16;
Here we see Peter looking for the New Heavens and Earth. He skips over the dispensation of the earthly Kingdom looking for the eternal Dispensation. The event order of the writing start with the exhortation that God will keep His promise to Israel who were the major audience of the writing. He moves to the literal return of Christ Jesus (the Day of the Lord) not mentioning the Kingdom dispensation. Then He moves to the transformation of the Heaven and earth at the end of the 1000 yr millennial reign of Christ Jesus. In the context of this passage there is many event not mention. It is interesting to hear him say Paul’s writings were hard to understand. In saying this it sounds like he was not going to explain Paul’s teaching just leave the truth revealed to Paul for Paul’s writings to be read by his readers. Also, verse nine he seems to be trying to encourage his reader maybe because of the delay of Christ return for Israel and not knowing fully why. Just to let my reader know that throw this passage we see the exhortation of universal principle found in all dispensation such as promises, patience, God’s desire to save all form perishing, etc. we’re only pointing out the dispensational aspects of the passage.

2 Peter 3: ^9’The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. ¹⁰But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything in it will be laid bare. ¹¹Since everything will be destroyed in this way, what kind of people ought you to be? You ought to live holy and godly lives ¹²as you look forward to the day of God and speed its coming. That day will bring about the destruction of the heavens by fire, and the elements will melt in the heat. ¹³But in keeping with his promise we are looking forward to a new heaven and a new earth, the home of righteousness. ¹⁴So then, dear friends, since you are looking forward to this, make every effort to be found spotless, blameless and at peace with him. ¹⁵Bear in mind that our Lord's patience means salvation, just as our dear brother Paul also wrote you with the wisdom that God gave him. ¹⁶He writes the same way in all his letters, speaking in them of these matters. His letters contain some things that are hard to understand, which ignorant and unstable people distort, as they do the other Scriptures, to their own destruction.’

Aspects of the Dispensation of the Fullness of Times

1 Chronicles 17:14, 24, Psalm 9:7, Psalm 29:10- Jesus Christ would be King forever. If God say forever it must be after the 1000yr millennial reign of Christ going into the Dispensation of the Fullness of Times.
1 Chronicles 17:23,27, Ezra 3:11 - The Jewish people as God's chosen are said to be His eternal possession so again in the eternal Kingdom or the Dispensation of the Fullness of Times Israel will be eternally His.
Psalm 12:7, Psalm 18:50, Psalm 22:26, Psalm 28:9, Psalm 100:5The LORD forever gives keeps one safe and protected, maintains unfailing kindness, He gives satisfaction, He is His peoples shepherd and carry them, His love, goodness, and faithfulness which are universal principle,
Psalm 33:11, Eternity is the LORD God's plan for His creation and they stand firm.
Psalm 48:8, 68:16, the city of God is eternally secure.
Psalm 55:19, 66:7, 102:12 God has always been the ruler in charge and control and will be for eternity.
Psalm 81:15, The non-believers and God rejecters will be punishment will be forever.
Psalm 111;3, 112:3 God is righteous and will be righteous forever.
Psalm 111:5,9, the covenants God has made will never fail or be disannulled they are eternal.
Psalm 112:6 A righteous man will forever be remembered by God.

Ezekiel 38:1-39:29, Gog and Magog , Revelation 20:1-8
A very important difference of the end of the dispensation of Grace is there will be no believers left behind, 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 however, at the end of the tribulation there will be no unbelievers left here on earth, 2 Thessalonians 2:2,8-12, cf. note: v 21 of Revelation 19:1-21, 14:14-20, 16:13-16, Matthew 24,25 (battle of Armageddon also the Day of the Lord), Revelation 20:1-8 . The believers raised at the end of the Dispensation of Grace will not have bodies of flesh and blood to reproduce where at the end of the tribulation the believers who are alive at its end have bodies of flesh and will reproduce offspring during the 1000 year reign of Christ.
